Dear Member

Thank you for your continuing support. Following on from our letter yesterday, please find below a number of options regarding your January payment which has already been made to RiversMeet.  We have also included options for your payments going forward, should we be requested to close throughout February and longer.

As you know, the Direct Debit for January was processed before the closure was announced and therefore we are in a similar position to that experienced in November 2020. Given this, could you please indicate for the January Direct Debit payment, which option below you would like to take and email this to Chantel for memberships and gymnastics or Jennie for swim school.

January Direct Debit Payment

Option 1:               Continue to support RiversMeet with the month’s membership you have already paid

Option 2:               Request a month’s payment holiday when we re-open

Option 3:               Request a full refund for the month of January           

 

February onwards, could you please indicate which option you would like to take before the 21st January. Any requests after this date may not be processed in time.

Option 1:               Continue paying your membership and we will recompense you in the future when we are able to.

Option 2:               Freeze your membership for £5 a month per person

Option 3:               Cancel your membership at the bank

Option 4:               Continue your membership payments and request a payment holiday when the centre re-opens to the equivalent value of this lockdown period
