A low impact but high intensity water aerobics class where no swimming skills are needed. This class is designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance while using the resistance of the water to cushion the feet, knees and back. Exercises are performed to lively, motivating music and are effective and easy to follow.
Aquatherapy is a low impact water base class perfect for those just starting to exercise. This will be a gentle class, low impact and great if recovering from an injury and GP referral's.
Body conditioning is a broad term that refers to a wide range of physical activities and exercises that train the whole body. Body conditioning exercises include full-body workout exercises that activate the entire body and exercises that simultaneously use multiple major muscle groups.

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning that involves endurance training, resistance training, high-intensity aerobics, and exercises performed in a circuit. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. An exercise 'circuit' is one completion of all set exercises in the program. When one circuit is completed, one begins the first exercise again for the next circuit. Traditionally, the time between exercises in circuit training is short and often with rapid movement to the next exercise.
You'll work up a sweat in a darkened room with disco lights exercising to a soundtrack of club anthems from 90′s classics to the latest chart hits. Clubbercise routines are a mix of dance, toning and combat, they are easy-to-follow and always have high or low impact options to suit all fitness levels. Core strength is a great class that will improve your posture and build core muscle groups through a variety of exercises designed to strengthen your abdomen and back muscles while increasing your flexibility. Walk taller, feel stronger. May include a variety of equipment.
High energy, fast paced class designed to build up the body engine and endurance as well as metabolic conditioning and strength training using dumbbells, barbells and kettlebells. (Differs each week). A full body workout, which can be scaled to suit everyone

Group Cycling, often referred to as Spinning, is a high-energy fitness class that takes place on stationary bikes. It offers a dynamic and effective cardiovascular workout in a group setting. This is a fun and motivating way to exercise with other people. It is a fitness instructor led class, it can take various forms of exercises, such as HIIT, circuits, strength training. Group training is a supportive environment where you can push yourself and also feed off the energy that others bring to the group.
HIIT is a type of interval training exercise. It incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate to at least 80% of one’s maximum heart rate, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements. Ladies strength group training is an instructor led class where all ladies of different abilities and strengths can come along. You won't find any burpees here! But you will find barbell & dumbbell-based lifts, and an expert team of instructors to help lead you through them and perfect your form and technique along the way!
Legs, bums and mums is a class just like legs, bums and tums but you just bring your babies/toddlers with you and workout. Suitable for all fitness levels, with a mixture of toning, strength and endurance based exercises for you to get fit and feel great. Who says you can’t get fit with a baby/toddler?!

Each class includes anaerobic conditioning and stretching segments. This class is designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activations for daily living.
