Receptionist

The reception team is the first point of contact for our customers. Our Reception Team acts as the central communication link between all users of RiversMeet and the management team.

16 hours every other weekend Saturday 0715-1545 Sunday 0715-1545

About you

We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional person with good customer service skills who really enjoys being part of a team but are also comfortable working independently. Can make good customer care decisions and take ownership of this important role with confidence. IT/Till Operating experience will be advantageous but is not essential as comprehensive training is provided. Please see Job Specification attached.

Salary from £9.50ph on an average of 8hours weekly (Overtime hours paid at hourly rate in addition)

We are seeking responsible, dynamic people to be part of a brand new exciting venture in Gillingham. The new inflatable world is a community led venture that will cater for all ages and abilities.

The new team ideally would be people who love working in a very busy buzzing atmosphere where work is fun, not mundane

The Roles will ensure that we successfully meet all of our customers’ requirements in a welcoming, fun but safe environment. From greeting the customers to feeding them and even helping them have fun is a pinnacle part of the new team’s ethics.

We are offering an array of roles where you design the sites future as it’s your business

We envisage these role to be very much focused on building positive customer relations and ensuring our little customers come back for more.

Opening hours of the inflatable world:  9.30 – 19.00

Staff Rotas are based on all staff working one week end in two. Rotas have been produced for these roles and we are happy to share these via email if requested.

Preferred Skills:

  • Qualifications in Child Care / Catering / Reception Dependent on position applying for
  • DBS or CRB clearance required for Arena Managers and soft play staff only

Recreation Assistant

37.5 hours a week average

As part of our Recreation Team, you will aid the effort in maintaining the highest levels of health and safety and cleanliness across wet and dry activities. Lifeguarding and managing time critical set ups and de-rigs.

NPLQ – Desirable, training will be fully funded for the right candidate.

Duty Manager

As part of our DM Team, you will be involved in the day-to-day running of activities and ensuring the safe facilitation of a multitude of activities ranging from fitness classes to swimming lessons.

About you

We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional person with good customer service skills who really enjoys being part of a team but are also comfortable working independently. Can make good customer care decisions, actively lead from the front and take ownership of this important role with confidence. Essential: National Pool Lifeguard Qualification, 2+ years’ experience in Leisure industry. Desirable: Level 2 industry specific qualification, 3+ years’ Leisure industry experience, Level 2 Fitness instructor, First Aid at Work, Pool Plant Operator, level 3 management qualification.

Salary up to £22,500 according to experience and qualifications based on an average of 37.5 hours weekly. Overtime hours paid at hourly rate in addition. As part of our Fitness Team, you will be involved in the day-to-day running of the Gym facilitating Inductions, classes, creating programs and maintaining gym cleanliness.

About you

We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional person with good customer service skills who really enjoys being part of a team but are also comfortable working independently. Can make good customer care decisions and who is passionate about health and fitness and can promoted the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Essential: Level 2 Fitness instructor, 2+ years’ Desirable: Level 3 Personal Training Qualification, Class instructor qualifications. National Pool Lifeguard Qualification, First Aid at Work.

What we can offer you
