Part Time Receptionist

We are seeking a confident, outgoing part time receptionist for the following shifts on a 2 Week Rotation as well as the regular option of overtime.

Every Monday 13:45 – 21:45
Alternate Thursdays 13:45 – 21:45
Alternate Saturdays 07:15 – 15:45

About you

As part of our Reception Team, you will be the first point of contact with our customers, whether face to face, over the telephone or online. We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional person with strong customer service skills who really enjoys being part of a team but are also comfortable working independently. Makes good customer care decisions and takes ownership of this important role with confidence. Someone highly organised with the ability to multi-task and the ability to respond to emergency procedures. An individual with customer service experience and understanding of Microsoft Office and Excel desired.

Salary from £5241.73 to £7065.63 according to age and experience based on an average of 15.25 hours weekly minimum (Overtime hours paid at hourly rate in addition). Part-Time Café Assistant - 14 hours per week

We are seeking a part time Café Assistant for the following shifts.

Saturday: 0900 – 1600
Sunday: 0900 – 1600

Plus, holiday/ sickness cover as required:

This will include weekdays, between 1000 - 1800

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting all visitors to the cafe, ensuring they are made welcome.
  • Taking orders and preparing hot drinks.
  • Using the till system, cash handling and end-of-day banking.
  • Day to day running and cleaning of the cafe to make sure food hygiene standards are kept.
  • Helping customer with any enquires.

Ideal candidate:

  • Will have some customer service skills.
  • Café or catering experience but not essential as full training will be given.

£6.39 - £8.91 per hour
