HYROX is the ultimate functional fitness workout that combines strength, endurance, and cardio in a race-inspired format. At RiversMeet, we offer four HYROX classes:

  • Foundational: builds baseline strength, endurance, and agility
  • Engine: improves aerobic capacity, speed, and endurance through high-intensity intervals
  • Power: focuses on muscular strength and stamina for moving weight efficiently under fatigue
  • Complete: delivers a race-specific workout that blends aerobic and lactic conditioning with HYROX skills, preparing you for the physiological and mental demands of a HYROX race
